Alongside the engineering work, I own and operate Expreso 501 — a specialty coffee business in San Luis Potosí with a fixed café and a fully-equipped mobile pop-up that brings the experience to different parts of the city.

The same systems-thinking that goes into hardware design goes into running the coffee operation — I built all our internal tooling: ordering flows, inventory tracking, and operational dashboards.
